I've spent the last eight years doing whatever I could to heal. You see, I didn't have the best childhood growing up, and if we were to talk statistically, based on what I have been through, I should be either on the streets or dead. Luckily over the course of my life, I have met incredible mentors, coaches, teachers, therapists, and fellow humans that have helped me become the man I am today.

I've dedicated my life to helping people heal and get free from the inside out. I've done this in many ways, such as one on one coaching, group coaching programs, facilitating men's groups, workshops/seminars, and even the organized random act of kindness group "In the Name of Love" in which over 200 people were a part of.

My goal is for you to be you and nothing other than that. Most of us haven't felt safe enough to be our true selves. It's as though a part of us is always trying to be somebody, wear a mask, or pretend to be something we are not. I'm here to tell you that the work that I am up to and the work we will do is removing those masks so you can be you.

There is no greater gift in this world than the gift of you being yourself.
